Concierge Program Agreement
1.Secure and protect affected areas.
2.Pre-treat affected areas for safety with EPA Registered Biocide.
3.Install HEPA Air Scrubber to prevent cross contamination from dust, insulation, dirt, etc.
4.Remove directly affected material(s) for proper access.
5.Remove all contaminates, debris, fluids, etc.
6.Install Dehumidifier to minimize Secondary Damages.
7.Post-treat all affected areas for safety with EPA Registered Biocide.
8.Monitor Equipment daily
9.Total Cost for Complete Concierge Service Package for Standard Areas and related damages is related to total square footage involved and other variables. Firm quotations will be provided for any projects outside basic program.
*Program does not include plumbing/drain cleaning diagnosis and repair.
Full payment is required upon completion of work.
